Key Responsibilities:
• Perform full SEO audits and technical analysis of the clients
• Optimize product pages, collections, blogs, and other content for search engines.
• Research and implement keywords across collections and product pages.
• Ensure proper indexing and crawlability of the website.
• Optimize site structure, internal linking, and URL hierarchies.
• Work with developers to implement technical fixes (schema, speed, redirects, canonical tags, etc.).
• Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, Analytics, and Shopify Reports.
• Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with eCommerce SEO trends.
• Suggest and collaborate on content marketing strategies to drive traffic.
• Manage backlinks and off-page SEO activities to increase domain authority.
Requirements:
• Proven experience with Shopify SEO (minimum 1 year preferred).
• Strong understanding of eCommerce and product-driven SEO.
• Knowledge of keyword research tools
• Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools.
• Understanding of technical SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with schema markup, sitemaps, and crawlability.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
