About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate SEO Analyst to join our team at Indmoney. As an SEO Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving organic growth for our website search engines. This position requires expertise in on-page & off-page optimization and technical SEO.

Responsibilities:

1. Keyword Research:

Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-impact, relevant search terms that align with user intent and business goals. Analyze search volume, competition, and trends to prioritize keywords for content creation and optimization. Utilize tools such as Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and SE Ranking to support data-driven decision-making.

2. On-Page Optimization:

Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, images, and internal linking structure to improve relevance and visibility for target keywords. Ensure each page has a clear focus, optimized title tags and meta descriptions, proper use of header tags and a user-friendly layout that enhances readability and engagement.

3. Off-Page Optimization:

Implement effective link-building strategies to boost domain authority and search engine trust. Develop high-quality backlinks through guest posting, influencer outreach, content marketing, and digital PR. Monitor backlink profiles and disavow toxic links that could harm SEO performance.

4. Technical SEO:

Conduct comprehensive technical audits to identify and resolve issues affecting crawlability, indexability, and site performance. Optimize site speed, mobile usability, structured data (schema), and XML sitemaps. Ensure proper implementation of canonical tags, HTTPS, and error-free site architecture for enhanced search engine accessibility.

5. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Monitor SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahref, SE ranking and others similar tools.

Generate regular reports on SEO performance, keyword rankings, organic traffic, and user engagement.

Requirement:

• 2+ years of Proven experience as an SEO Analyst or similar role, with a focus on SEO, preferably in a fintech startup or finance company
• Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page & off-page optimization, and SEO best practices.
• Experience working closely with writers, researchers, designers & developers.
• Proficient in using SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEranking, GSC, Google Analytics or similar.
