About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven SEO & Paid Ads Expert who can take ownership of client campaigns, from strategy to execution. This is not just another job – it’s an opportunity to help lay the foundation of a growing digital agency while making a visible impact on brands we work with.

Key ResponsibilitiesSEO:

• Conduct keyword research, technical audits, and on-page/off-page optimization
• Improve rankings and visibility using strategic SEO practices
• Monitor traffic trends, backlinks, and performance metrics via SEO tools
• Generate regular performance reports with clear insights and next steps

Paid Ads:

• Plan and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube
• Write ad copies and coordinate with designers for creative assets
• Monitor KPIs like CTR, ROAS, CPC, and make optimization recommendations
• A/B test audiences, creatives, and placements to drive better results

Requirements

• 1–3 years of proven experience in SEO and performance marketing
• Hands-on with Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Suite, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• A proactive mindset – we value people who take initiative!

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Local SEO & Google Business Profile optimization
• Experience with e-commerce ads or Shopify SEO
• Google Ads Certification or equivalent
