About the Role:

We’re scaling fast and looking for a hands-on SDR Team Lead with at least 2 years of experience managing SDRs/BDRs.


You’ll lead a growing SDR team while personally handling high-value accounts, developing outreach strategies, and optimizing pipeline generation.

This is a hybrid role (2–3 days/week in our Tel Aviv office), supporting US markets, with some flexibility around US hours.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor SDRs to consistently exceed KPIs
  • Personally manage and drive outbound efforts for strategic accounts
  • Own and optimize multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn)
  • Set and enforce high daily activity and lead conversion standards
  • Align closely with marketing and sales on ICPs, messaging, and feedback
  • Build workflows, playbooks, and systems that scale
  • Report on performance metrics and lead funnel health

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum 2 years of SDR team leadership experience
  • Native-level English (spoken and written)
  • Experience running outbound campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, GPT, Clay, and AI/automation workflows.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills
  • Process-oriented, highly organized, and results-driven
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a close-knit team
  • Able to operate in a dynamic, startup setting with shifting priorities
