Test Strategy & Architecture:
* Set standards for testing processes, frameworks, and tools.
* Provide strategic guidance on testing practices aligned with business goals.
Functional & Automation Testing:
* Execute functional, regression, integration, performance, and security tests.
* Design and develop automated test scripts for UI, API, and backend systems.
* Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks.
Collaboration & Leadership:
* Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.
* Mentor junior SDETs and testers, and lead quality initiatives across teams.
* Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
Quality Governance:
* Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
* Identify gaps in test coverage and implement improvements in test processes.
* Track and report defects, and work with development teams for resolution.
