The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of Agile frameworks, and experience managing cross-functional teams. This role demands flexibility to work in the US shift to align with global stakeholders and ensure smooth project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Scrum Master Responsibilities: Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Coach and mentor teams in Agile practices to enhance team performance and productivity. Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth project progress. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team. Project Management Responsibilities: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and business stakeholders, to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Monitor and report project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Manage project scope, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication with clients and stakeholders. Facilitate regular status meetings and provide clear and concise project updates. Address stakeholder concerns and manage expectations effectively. US Shift Alignment: Collaborate with onshore teams and stakeholders during US business hours. Be available for critical meetings and discussions that align with US shift timings. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager in Agile environments. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution. Certification in Agile (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, SAFe) and Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly preferred. Flexibility to work in the US shift and handle time-sensitive tasks.
