Technology Infrastructure Project Manager / Scrum Master

Role Overview
We lead project teams and squads that deliver:
· Data Center & Cloud Migration: Manage data center modernization and migration projects, including on-premises to cloud transitions, we utilize 3 Cloud Providers; Azure, AES & GCP, we are primarily focus don migrating to Azure
· Network & Communication Upgrades: Lead projects to enhance network infrastructure, deploy high-speed connectivity and security measures, and implement end-user communication technologies such as unified communications, video conferencing, and VoIP.
· IT Security, Compliance & Device Management: Oversee cybersecurity and compliance projects, incorporating endpoint security solutions, mobile device management, and policy implementation.
· Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity & IT Service Management: Establish robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans, streamline processes, and implement data backup and recovery solutions.
· Technology Refresh & End-User Compute: Manage technology refresh cycles for virtual and physical devices (VDIs, Laptops, Desktops, Cloud based Desktops and deploy new hardware, software solutions, and services focusing on , productivity tools, and collaboration platforms.
In these projects, you will work on initiatives that focus on core infrastructure , end-user technologies and application migrations to ensure seamless integration, improved user experience, and increased overall efficiency.
Responsibilities include
· Lead global, multi-functional teams on projects using Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies, fostering team accountability and ensuring the delivery of high-quality value.
· Plan, deliver, and close projects that are on time, within scope, and on budget. Resolve project risks, remove impediments, and drive outcomes.
· Engage and partner with stakeholders, internal teams, vendors, and dependent teams in a multifaceted environment for effective teamwork and project success.
· Communicate effectively across all organizational levels and champion organizational change processes.
· Coach our teams to embrace flexibility and foster innovation while balancing firm standards and practices.
Required Experience
· Experience as program manager, project manager, scrum master, or delivery lead.
· Experience delivering diverse and large-scale projects in a large enterprise-scale environment.
· Experience working with technical teams, architecture, and 3rd party suppliers/providers.
· Hands-on technical experience or roles previously your career would be beneficial
· Project experience with Datacenters, Azure, AWS, GCP, networks, servers (Windows & Linux), application deployments.
· Experience in leading and working with Squads covering end-to-end project delivery.
Preferred Skills
· Project/Task management software: ADO, Smartsheet
· Certifications: Scrum Master, PMP, ITIL, SAFe, Azure, AWS
· Experience with cloud automation and orchestration
· Previous experience as an engineer or system admin (Server, Network, Cloud, End User Compute)
Work schedule
· The candidate must be present in the office location at the time of hire.
· This position requires that the candidate follows BlackRock’s Future of Work policies. At this time, all employees and consultants are required to work in BlackRock office locations three days per week.

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
