Essential Skills
• Proven experience of working with 2 or more squads at a time.
• Knowledge and experience with Scrum and, preferably, knowledge of other frameworks e.g. SAFe
• Experience with supportive agile tooling: MS Teams, Miro, Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to address questions/issues in a transparent manner
• Enthusiastic individuals that can motivate and energize people around them while not coming across as too pushy
• Empathetic and reliable individuals that can coach individuals and help them grow and improve
• Critical thinking and ability to express your opinion when needed regarding innovative solutions in the way of the current working
• Strong Leadership: a strong personality who can give and receive feedback, including management
• Experience in conflict management, by putting issues on the table and facilitating them constructively
• An individual that is keen and able to see the bigger picture and address process pitfalls as necessary
• Team players that know how to collaborate with the stakeholders: Fellow Scrum Masters, IT Leads, Product Owners, Solution Architects and other business stakeholders
• Focus on Results: Action and output-oriented, with a strong focus on delivery
• Able to work in a highly structured environment while remaining adaptable to changes.
