Description :

• Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM I, SSM or equivalent) is mandatory.
• Proven 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development or technology environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and servant leadership.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally).
• Familiarity with scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) .
