We’re looking for an experienced Agile practitioner to join a dynamic, globally distributed team delivering mobile and web applications in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

What we’re after:

You’ve got around 6+ years of experience and have worn a few hats along the way – maybe as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Lead, or IT Project Manager. Ideally, you’ve worked in large-scale financial organizations and understand the nuances that come with it.

What you’ll bring to the table:

✅ Certified Scrum Master (PSM I, CSM, or equivalent)

✅ At least a year of hands-on Scrum Master experience

✅ Experience with Mobile/Web Application Development teams

✅ Strong understanding of agile values, servant leadership, and agile delivery best practices

✅ Familiarity with a variety of Scrum tools and techniques (burndown charts, retrospectives formats, etc.)

✅ Clear distinction between “Scrum” and “not Scrum” approaches

Nice to have (but definitely appreciated):

✨ Experience in Portfolio Management / Governance

✨ Budget management and reporting exposure

✨ Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making

✨ Strong Excel skills

✨ Proactive attitude and ability to drive process improvements

✨ Excellent communication skills and global stakeholder collaboration
