🚀 Certified Scrum Master | Agile Transformation Leader

Are you a passionate Agile advocate ready to lead and drive real transformation? We’re looking for a Certified Scrum Master to join a dynamic and growing software engineering team on their journey to modernize and optimize software delivery practices.

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of an organization-wide Agile transformation, helping teams adopt modern practices like Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), Continuous Integration/Deployment (CI/CD), and automated testing. You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

🛠 What You’ll Do:

• Define and implement Agile processes tailored to team and organizational goals.
• Lead and coach Agile teams through Scrum ceremonies and best practices.
• Remove impediments to team progress and foster self-organization.
• Drive continuous improvement using metrics, retrospectives, and feedback loops.
• Partner with Product Owners and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Promote transparency through Agile artifacts like backlogs and burn-down charts.
• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate innovative Agile practices.

✅ What You Bring:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or similar Agile cert.
• 5+ years of Agile transformation experience across varied team environments.
• Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Git, CI/CD pipelines).
• Knowledge of BDD frameworks such as Cucumber and Gherkin.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience in e-commerce, payments, or financial tech is a strong plus.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (preferred).
