  • Facilitator:
    • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
    • Ensure that meetings are productive and focused.
  • Servant Leader:
    • Support the development team by removing obstacles and impediments that may hinder their progress.
    • Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
  • Coaching:
    • Coach the team on Agile principles and practices, helping them to understand and implement Scrum effectively.
    • Guide the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and prioritizing work.
  • Communication:
    • Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals.
    • Help manage stakeholder expectations and provide updates on team progress.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the team, promoting feedback and learning from experiences.
    • Facilitate the identification and implementation of process improvements.
  • Team Development:
    • Support team members in their professional development and growth.
    • Encourage team accountability and ownership of their work.
  • Metrics and Reporting:
    • Track and report on team performance metrics, such as velocity and burn-down charts, to help the team assess their progress.
    • Use metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conflict Resolution:
    • Help resolve conflicts within the team and foster a positive team dynamic.
    • Mediate discussions and ensure that all voices are heard.
