Requirement gathering, resolving ambiguity and map then to ADO work items by writing the stories and acceptance criteria Hands-on experience managing work in Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, Dashboards). Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and practices. Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to analyze data (velocity, throughput) and drive actionable improvements.
