Excellent working knowledge of Service Now. Specifically, around story creation, kanban card creation, and management of the scrum cycle throughout the lifecycle. Excellent meeting facilitation skills to facilitate daily stand-up meetings as well as all other scrum-related ceremonies. Ability to work well with others. Need to interact well with a diverse workforce to gather requirements for story creation and successful story completion. Ability to write KB articles as needed. Base Salary Range: $100,000 / Annum - $140,000 / Annum
