Your Responsibilities Will Include

• support the delivery of our Insurance company’s business- and IT initiatives,
• ensure that the continuously developed agile framework and values are kept,
• facilitate squad work and decision-making processes,
• support the squad and mentor its members and stakeholders in order to ensure targets are achieved,
• track the progress of the squads and manage risk,
• prepare and organize regular status presentations and demo-s,
• take active part in realization of our strategy and support the organization in its agile journey.
  
  

To Succeed In This Role, You Will Have

• Proficient as a certified Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably within a financial institution.
• Demonstrated commitment and determination to achieve objectives.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills to effectively inspire, guide, and mentor team members and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• The ability not only to be a valuable team member but also to foster a positive team environment.
