As an Engineering Program Manager and Scrum Master, you will: Use Agile Principles to deliver firmware for business notebooks and desktop PCs Develop and/or direct development of schedules, critical deliverables, resource allocation plan and other support requirements for firmware projects Act as an Agile/Scrum leader to a firmware development team: monitor and enforce the scrum process, clear impediments, lead scrum ceremonies and assist in resolving team conflicts Track, prioritize and maintain observations/defects Lead end customer documentation efforts associated with firmware development Manage activities of supporting project teams and internal development partners; ensures progress against established plan and make determinations based on analysis of business information to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet product requirements and development schedule Communicate program progress, escalations and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborates with management and manufacturing and development partners to recommend and implement changes to product, processes, or business practices Manage design change processes to support customer requests, lead coordination and communication efforts with wider teams with impact analysis and recommendations.
