We are seeking a talented and creative Screen Printer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual design and a passion for producing high-quality printed materials. As a Screen Printer, you will be responsible for operating screen printing equipment, ensuring the accuracy of designs, and maintaining the quality of printed products. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate screen printing machines to produce high-quality prints on various materials.
• Collaborate with designers to understand project specifications and ensure accurate representation of designs.
• Prepare screens by applying emulsion and exposing them to light for image transfer.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the printing process to ensure consistency and adherence to design specifications.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process, including equipment malfunctions or design discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored after use.
• Assist in the development of new printing techniques and processes to enhance production efficiency.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in screen printing with auto presses or a related field is preferred.
• Strong skills in graphic design, digital art, or visual design are highly desirable.
• Ability to align and register graphics
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members effectively.
