Job Duties:

• Demand Forecasting and Supply Planning:

1. Manage demand forecasting and supply planning for the European region, supporting channel performance achievement.
2. Control and manage inventory levels in the European central warehouse and regional DCs to ensure supply and demand stability.
3. Optimize and enhance the supply chain planning management model.
4. Monitor sales targets vs. sales forecasts, identifying potential opportunities and risks.

• S&OP Leadership:

1. Conduct key indicator analyses in the Demand Deck to guide channel budget achievement.
2. Oversee critical S&OP milestones, including Demand Review, Supply Review, and S&OP Report Out.

• KPI Tracking and Improvement:

1. Develop supply chain KPI metrics aligned with industry characteristics and business strategies.
2. Track and improve forecasting deviations with actionable plans.
3. Improve inventory turnover, optimize inventory structure, and clear slow-moving inventory.
4. Identify process optimization opportunities and lead the team in implementing improvements.

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. 5+ years in supply chain management, with experience in both demand and supply planning preferred.
3. Background in FMCG or retail industries is a plus.
4. Proven experience in S&OP planning.
5. Ability to build standardized systems from the ground up (0-1).
6. Strong capabilities in supply chain planning, integration, innovation, and problem-solving.
7. Excellent cross-department communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
8. High sense of responsibility, team spirit, and professionalism.
9. Fluent in Chinese and English (spoken, written, and reading).
10. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI/SQL is advantageous.
11. Strong ability to use data for product decision-making.
