RBW is in search of a PhD-level Scientist to join our growing Biotech client in Watertown, MA.

• PhD in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering or similar.
• Formulation, nanoparticle, or RNA delivery focus highly preferred (coursework, thesis, research are acceptable)
• 0-3 years industry research experience
• Hands-on LNP or RNP experience
• Thoughtful, collaborative, and team-oriented spirit

This is an onsite role 5 days/week. Must be US Citizen or GC holder.
