Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Schools Onboarding Specialist to drive B2B partnerships with schools across India. The role focuses on identifying, pitching to, signing, and successfully onboarding schools onto the EaseToLearn platform or services.


You will play a key role in growing our institutional client base and ensuring seamless integration for school stakeholders and students.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  • Identify target schools through research, networking, and database mining.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of school leads.
  • Consultative Sales:
  • Conduct needs analysis with school decision-makers (principals, academic heads, trustees).
  • Deliver product presentations and customized demos.
  • Negotiate and close school partnership agreements.
  • Onboarding & Account Setup:
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new school partners.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation (product activation, access setup, training).
  • Relationship Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact during the first 90 days of onboarding.
  • Drive engagement and adoption of EaseToLearn products within the partner schools.
  • Reporting & Feedback:
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, deals closed, onboarding status in CRM.
  • Gather feedback from schools to inform product and service improvements.


Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 1–6 years of experience in B2B sales, edtech sales, school relations, or academic partnerships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Prior experience in edtech, K-12 outreach, or institutional sales preferred.
