Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized, evidence-based therapy for speech and language disorders.
  • Conduct standardized assessments and diagnose communication disorders.
  • Manage IEP processes, including attending and facilitating meetings.
  • Collaborate with special education teachers, specialists, and general education staff.
  • Maintain accurate and legally compliant documentation.


Qualifications

  • Required: Current California SLP License.
  • Master's Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders (CFYs encouraged to apply).
  • Experience with IEP writing and case management.
  • Strong knowledge of special education compliance laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
