Minimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required.

Qualifications
Valid OT license
Masters degree in OT or related field
Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)

Responsibilities
Conduct assessments to evaluate students needs and develop appropriate therapy plans
Implement therapeutic interventions to support students in achieving their IEP goals
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to create a comprehensive support system
Maintain documentation and progress reports as required by the school
Participate in IEP meetings and provide insights regarding student progress and needs
Promote adaptive skills and independence among students through targeted therapy
