About The Role
Chirec Public School is looking for a dynamic and experienced School Coordinator to support academic and administrative functions. The Coordinator will act as a bridge between management, teachers, students, and parents to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality education delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the academic calendar, timetables, and daily schedules
Support teachers with lesson planning, classroom management, and assessments
Coordinate events, exams, staff meetings, and communication with parents
Monitor student performance and address academic or behavioral concerns
Work closely with the Principal and Management on school improvement plans
Ensure discipline, compliance, and smooth school functioning
Requirements
Bachelors degree mandatory, B.Ed preferred
Prior experience in teaching or school administration
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to manage teams and handle multiple responsibilities
Willing to relocate to Madhugiri, Karnataka if not locally based
Timings
Monday to Friday: 9:20 AM 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM 11:30 AM
Salary
Up to 35,000/month (based on experience and qualifications)
