In this role, you will: + Work one-on-one with students, implementing behavior support strategies and supporting instruction + Assist in conducting functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs) + Communicate with the team about student progress Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health provides support to schools around early learning, academic interventions, safety practices, and the assessment and treatment of students with complex behaviors, cognitive challenges and communication needs. Bachelor's degree preferred from an accredited college/university in special education, psychology or other related field; RBT certification strongly preferred. Experience : Must have one year of experience working directly with children or adolescents along the autism spectrum/behavioral challenges. Previous RBT experience preferred, but training and supervision will be provided.
