The Scheduling Manager for our nursing staff (RN, LPN and CNA) will be detailed oriented rock star who thrives under pressure. A multi-tasking wizard who can learn to predict and anticipate trends in staffing. Must enjoy problem solving and has excellent math skills. This position interacts will all levels of staffing and departments, residents and the public. Wage is based off of experience: $20-$25/hour. Benefit eligible: paid time off, health insurance, vision & dental. Work Schedule will be Monday through Friday 7am-330pm with occasional weekend work as necessary. Requirements: Active CNA or LPN in Pennsylvania. Proficient in computer programs (outlook, excel, google), smart phone (texting, calling as needed). Training will be provided on our scheduling software. Able and willing to work the nursing floor as necessary to ensure shift coverage (incuding weekends and holidays as needed).
