The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for managing all staffing processes, including client scheduling and service, scheduling resolution. The scheduling coordinator will work as part of the Sandcastle Scheduling team in conjunction with Case Management. Responsibilities: Manages ongoing client staffing processes, including: ❖ Schedules staff for both new and existing client’s needs. ❖ Manages staff absences to ensure that each client’s needs are being fulfilled. ❖ Matches Caregiver’s skill level to client’s needs. ❖ Reports promptly all quality assurance concerns to case management. ❖ Reports patterns and trends pertaining to caregiver attendance and behavior to HR coordinator. Answers office phones in a timely manner. Checks messages every thirty minutes. Meets regularly with team members to ensure quality client care. Other duties as assigned. Position Requirements: Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with computers and MS Office programs Must be flexible and able to work in a very dynamic environment of the rapidly growing agency Ability to maintain a pleasant helpful demeanor with all staff and clients Strong oral and written communication skills Comfortable under complex and high-pressure situations Highly motivated, self-starter, and capable of working autonomously Superior organization skills and detail oriented Ability to pass a Level II Background check Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $36,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday No weekends Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities Application Question(s): Are you able to pass an AHCA Level II Background Screening?
