The Scheduling Coordinator for our nursing staff (RN, LPN and CNA) will be detailed oriented rock star who thrives under pressure. A multi-tasking wizard who can learn to predict and anticipate trends in staffing. Must enjoy problem solving and has excellent math skills. This position interacts will all levels of staffing and departments, residents and the public.
Wage is based off of experience: $20-$25/hour.
Benefit Eligible: paid time off, health insurance, vision & dental and paid holidays after 90 days.
Work Schedule will be Monday through Friday 730am-4pm.
Requirements:
Active CNA or LPN in Pennsylvania.
Proficient in computer programs – specifically Excel, Outlook, Messenger apps,
Able to use a smart phone (texting & calling).
Training will be provided on our specific scheduling software - but basic understanding of scheduling is preferred.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work along side the nursing staff during the day.
Able and willing to work the nursing floor as necessary to ensure shift coverage (including, evening, weekends and holidays as needed).
Weekend manager on duty rotation.
