We're a team of highly motivated individuals making sure things run smoothly. We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team!

As a Real Estate Scheduling Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage schedules based on agents needs and home availability for photos
  • Manage lockbox tracking
  • Location tracking to ensure time is being properly utilized
  • Go over Field Coordinators daily schedules and follow up
  • Review correspondents between Agent Liaison and Agent to determine whether photo scheduling has already been discussed
  • Keep track of properties that need listing signs based on daily requests/schedule sign placement on Field Coordinators calendar
  • Order signs, posts, and addition riders based on request
  • Schedule, review and approve video tours for properties
  • Answering a multi-line phone system
  • All incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain office and track office inventory

Qualities and Qualifications:

  • Must type minimum 50 wpm
  • Organized and able to take direction
  • Great multitasker who can keep up with a fast-paced environment
  • Motivated, independent problem solver
  • People person with exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work some weekends

Education, Training and Experience:

  • Some college course work preferred
  • 1 years’ experience as a Scheduling Coordinator
