About the role Coordinates administrative functions related to the processing of student schedules and attendance in compliance with government and management directives. What you'll do Operate electronic data processing equipment to properly administer student scheduling, attendance, and other CIS modules required by Job Corps. Perform input and make adjustments necessary to ensure student schedules are prepared for each training week. Assist in performing tests on data equipment when error conditions occur to determine the source of malfunction. Review and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of services to students. Prepare related reports. Prepare local CIS reports for distribution to appropriate departments; maintain schedules, rosters, and accountability. Provide form control functions including revising/developing forms, monitoring supplies and reordering forms as needed. Ensure submission of weekly course completions; post required stop dates in appropriate CIS screens. Understand and comply with government and company requirements; report any noncompliance concerning student schedules and progress history to the director of designated school and deputy center director. Administer follow up systems and verify accuracy of center reports. Qualifications High school diploma or High School Equivalency and one year related experience. Associates degree in business or related field preferred. Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communications skills and computer proficiency required. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, unless waived by management.
