(Stair lifts, ramps, elevators, vehicle lifts, patient lifts, scooters, power chairs and more…) Armed Forces Veterans are especially encouraged to apply Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing appointments, coordinating schedules, and ensuring efficient operations within our company. The Scheduling Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service for our customers and supporting our business partners. Duties: Utilize routing software to expertly create, maintain, and modify schedules for our service technicians, ensuring optimal workflow. Enhance route planning to ensure maximum efficiency. Serve as the pivotal communication link between technicians and customers, adeptly scheduling appointments and managing any changes. Engage with customers to confirm service appointments, provide essential information, and respond to inquiries. Oversee the support of our business partners to ensure they are kept up to date on the progress of the job. Collaborate with management to address and resolve scheduling conflicts, devising strategies to meet evolving service demands. Maintain accurate and detailed records utilizing our CRM program with diligent administrative tasks, including data entry, report generation, and file management. Uphold a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions, fostering positive relationships with team members and customers. Receive/send shipments/freight. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Strong administrative skills working with Microsoft office and Adobe. Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively interact with customers, staff, and partners. Ability to manage multiple schedules, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of detail. Efficiently managing time to meet deadlines and handle a fast-paced environment. Expertise in scheduling software and calendar applications. Identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts and finding creative solutions Provide administrative support to executives or managers To excel in this role, you need: High school diploma, Associate’s degree or above. At least 2 years of service scheduling experience. Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. A commitment to outstanding customer service, paired with a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
