This program is designed for mid-level professionals with at least 4 years of experience in Scala, who are eager to expand their expertise and join our growing data engineering team. Participants will engage in an intensive, practice-driven curriculum that mirrors real-world projects and tasks performed by our regular engineers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on emulated Big Data projects, working on tasks aligned with real-world scenarios.
• Develop and optimize workflows using Scala and Spark.
• Build and maintain scalable solutions for data ingestion, transformation, and processing.
• Monitor data metrics, ensuring the integrity and reliability of datasets (e.g., data size, object counts).
• Utilize cloud technologies (e.g., AWS) for managing infrastructure and storage.
• Contribute to team discussions, sharing insights and solutions for Big Data challenges.
• Prepare for technical interviews and code sessions, gaining the skills to integrate seamlessly into our Big Data team.
  
  

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience in Scala development.
• Theoretical knowledge of Big Data concepts.
• Proven experience working on commercial projects with real clients.
