The Business Solutions Support Manager will play a critical role in entrenching key operational activities and enabling strategic project delivery across the Business Solutions unit. This individual will work closely with the Business Unit Lead to ensure seamless execution of transformation initiatives, governance compliance, and efficient day-to-day operations. The incumbent will leverage prior experience in Global Business Services (GBS) and shared services environments to drive consistency, performance, and value creation across the unit’s service portfolio.
