We have a number of exciting opportunities across a range of roles and disciplines to join our expanding Guidewire/Insurance Tech team. As a Scrum Master, you will ensure agility and successful project delivery. The SATIC Insurance Tech team has a vital role to play in enabling PwC's growth, whilst protecting our reputation and brand.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum events: lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to the Scrum framework.
• Coach and mentor Agile teams to ensure adherence to Scrum practices and principles Help team self-organize, collaborate effectively, and continuously improve their workflows.
• Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to ensure smooth project execution.
• Collaborate with product owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog
• Board Administration: Manage the scrum board, ensuring cards are up-to-date and tools like Jira and Azure DevOps function well.
• Track and report on progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Internal Consulting: Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to optimize collaboration and work processes.
• Guide and mentor junior Scrum Masters.
• Promote continuous improvement within the team and organization
• Ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in Scrum Master or project management roles with a proven history of leading Agile teams and managing Scrum processes.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong background in stakeholder management and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Familiarity with Agile work management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
• Experience in Financial Services, and specifically in General insurance (beneficial)
• Effective Communication: Strong facilitation skills and the ability to communicate clearly with team members, stakeholders, and Product Owners.
• Ability to facilitate meetings effectively, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying and resolving obstacles that impact team productivity.
• Conflict Resolution: Proficiency in resolving conflicts within the team and promoting collaboration.
