The Product team for Warehouse Management sets focus on the consulting, implementation and support warehouse management solutions based on SAP. In this role, you will work together with a team of warehouse consultants and developers, mainly using your experience and skillset to provide design, creation, development and optimization of warehouse management processes for Warehouse Management solutions.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess Business Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze warehouse management needs and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Solution Design and Configuration: Design, configure, and implement SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions to streamline inventory management processes and enhance system performance.
• Integration: Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP, QM) and non-SAP systems to provide a cohesive and efficient warehouse management environment.
• Custom Development: Guide and oversee custom development and enhancements to meet unique business requirements.
• Data Migration and Testing: Lead data migration efforts and conduct thorough testing to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
• Training and Change Management: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
• Ongoing Support and Optimization: Provide ongoing support and optimization of SAP WM/EWM solutions to ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a functional / technical in SAP Logistics
• Ideally extensive knowledge of logistics processes
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as SAP Warehouse Management
• Consultant with a strong understanding of logistics and warehouse management processes and
• Developer with a strong understanding of ABAP (OO) and warehousing development environment including labels, printing and scanning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Functional - Specific Software Tools and Technologies
• SAP Logistics (LE, MM, WM / Stock Room Management / EWM)
• Expertise in SAP WM/EWM configuration and customization
• SAP S/4HANA
• IoT integration (Warehouse Scanning Hardware, RF Knowledge)
• Integration with cross processes around Warehousing (PP, QM, SD, TM)
• Knowledge in different types of interfaces
• Technical – Specific Technologies and Knowledge
• RF Design and Setup incl. Development
• ABAP and ABAP OO (good debugging skills and good programming skills)
• Git via gCTS, RAP (ABAP Restful Programming Model)
