What we are looking for:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Warehouse Management Functional Consultant to join our team in Manila. This role requires expertise in warehouse management processes to support clients in optimising their logistics and supply chain operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to design, configure, and deploy SAP Warehouse Management solutions that ensure efficiency and compliance with business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for warehouse and inventory management.
  

• Configure and implement SAP Warehouse module.
  

• Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to enhance warehouse and supply chain processes.
  

• Develop and execute test scripts, perform unit testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  

• Provide functional expertise during system integration and data migration activities.
  

• Deliver end-user training and create detailed documentation, including process flows and user guides.
  

• Support post-go-live activities, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  

• Collaborate with other SAP module consultants to deliver integrated solutions across the enterprise.
  
  
  
  

Requirements

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  

• 3+ years of experience as an SAP Warehouse Management Functional Consultant, with at least 1 full-cycle implementation.
  

• Strong knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management processes, including inbound/outbound processing, inventory management, labour management, and warehouse monitoring.
  

• Familiarity with integration points between SAP Warehouse Management and SAP MM, SD, and TM modules.
  

• Experience with SAP Best Practices, Activate Methodology, and Fiori applications.
  

• Proven ability to configure SAP to meet business requirements effectively.
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  

• Willingness to work on-site in Makati, Manila, 3 days per week.
