Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Testing Consultant with strong expertise in automation tools such as Tosca, JMeter, and Neoload.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in test strategy, execution, automation frameworks, and team leadership within complex SAP environments.

Responsibilities

The consultant will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of mission-critical SAP applications through structured test practices and cutting-edge Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end test lifecycle management for SAP implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Design and implement automated test frameworks and test cases using Tosca, JMeter, and/or Neoload.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand business processes and develop test strategies aligned with delivery goals.
• Execute performance, functional, and regression testing for SAP modules (ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, etc.
• Perform load and performance testing using JMeter/Neoload and analyze bottlenecks within SAP systems.
• Define and track quality metrics, KPIs, and dashboards for release health reporting.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance on automation best practices and SAP test scenarios.
• Conduct user training sessions, prepare training materials, and deliver stakeholder walkthroughs and demos.
• Manage defect tracking and resolution through SAP Solution Manager, Service Marketplace, or relevant ALM tools.
• Coordinate UAT sessions with business users and ensure smooth test sign-offs.
• Participate in release planning, risk assessment, and impact analysis for SAP projects and Skills & Expertise :
• 810 years of professional experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Minimum 24 years of hands-on test automation experience using :
• Tosca Testsuite (Tricentis)
• Apache JMeter (for performance/load testing)
• Neoload (optional, considered a plus)
• Strong exposure to SAP landscapes and understanding of core SAP business processes (Finance, Logistics, HR, etc.
• Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, SAP Test Workbench, and other test management tools.
• Good understanding of test automation frameworks, modular test design, and reusability concepts.
• Experience preparing training documentation, test manuals, and user guides.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to lead onshore/offshore testing teams, drive test planning, and deliver under tight schedules.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic Qualifications (Good to Have) :
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests into DevOps workflows.
• ISTQB Certification or equivalent QA accreditation.
• Prior experience with S/4HANA migrations, SAP Fiori UI testing, or SAP Cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. , JavaScript, VBScript) used within Tosca environments
