• Data Design and Interim Solutions:
• Understand S/4 HANA data design changes and collaborate with As-IS teams to propose interim solutions.
• Workshop Facilitation:
• Run workshops with business users to articulate changes, complexities, and risk management, providing gap analysis and solutions as SMEs.
• Financial Planning & Analytics:
• Leverage Hyperion for financial consolidation and reporting, ensuring alignment with SAC.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and business leaders to deliver effective SAC and Hyperion solutions. Provide training and support to finance teams and business users.
• Process Optimization & Reporting:
• Optimize financial planning and reporting processes using SAC’s automation and analytical features. Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards for management decision-making.
  
  

Must Have Skill Set (Techno functional Consultant or Technical BA)

      

•      Experience with Hyperion (Oracle EPM) financial planning and reporting tools.
  
  

      

•      Strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA Financials and SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) planning modules.
  
  

      

•      Hands-on experience with financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting in both SAC and Hyperion environments.
  
  

      

•      Experience in integrating SAP S/4 HANA with SAC and Hyperion, managing financial data flows and consolidations.
  
  

     

Good To Have Skill Set

      

•      SAP S/4 HANA certification
  
  

      

•      Hyperion certification or advanced experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) or Hyperion Planning.
  
  

      

•      Knowledge of predictive analytics and machine learning within SAP SAC for enhanced financial forecasting.
  
  

      

•      Experience with data migration between Hyperion and SAP SAC systems.
  
  

      

•      Familiarity with industry best practices in financial planning and analytics.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in S/4 HANA SAC Planning and Financial Planning, with expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
