Job Title: SAP ICM/CD Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Type: Full-Time Contract

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled SAP ICM/CD Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in SAP Incentive and Commission Management (ICM) and Collections & Disbursements (FS-CD). The ideal candidate will support configuration, integration, enhancements, and ongoing support across both functional and technical areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements for ICM and FS-CD.
• Configure and support SAP ICM/CD modules.
• Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ABAP, Security, etc.).
• Prepare functional specs, perform testing (unit/integration/UAT), and support go-live.
• Resolve system issues and provide ongoing support.
• Support SAP banking integrations (NACHA, BAI, EDI, etc.).
• Participate in data migration, batch jobs, and reporting.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of SAP experience with hands-on ICM and FS-CD configuration.
• Strong understanding of subledger concepts, disbursements, payments, reversals, and closing operations.
• Experience writing functional specs and coordinating with ABAP for RICEFW objects.
• Knowledge of SAP ChaRM, SAP BI, JIRA, HP ALM.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or Fiori is a plus.
