• Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Summary:

• We are seeking a highly experienced Business Process Architect – SAP S4 HANA Finance with 12-14 years of expertise in SAP S4 HANA and SAP FICO projects. The ideal candidate must have worked on at least 2-3 media industry projects and have hands-on experience in greenfield/brownfield implementations of media business processes.
• In this role, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing business processes, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring seamless integration between business and application requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders, solution architects, and project teams to deliver high-impact solutions tailored for the media industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP S4 HANA Finance for media industry clients.
• Lead and collaborate with teams to ensure project success, including business process design, blueprinting, and implementation.
• Own and drive key decisions across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Engage with business leaders and technical teams to understand, document, and optimize financial business processes.
• Design, document, and implement end-to-end business processes, including key KPIs and best practices for media finance operations.
• Work closely with the Application Architect to ensure that process and application designs align with business requirements.
• • Provide solutions to cross-functional challenges impacting multiple teams and business units.
• • Support quality management reviews and ensure all business and design requirements are met.
• • Educate stakeholders on new processes and system implementations to drive adoption and effectiveness.
• Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

• o Strong proficiency in SAP S4 HANA Finance and SAP FICO.
• o Deep understanding of financial processes and systems within the media industry.
• o Experience in greenfield and brownfield implementations of SAP solutions.
• o Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable process designs.
• o Expertise in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for financial processes.
• o Hands-on experience in integration with media-specific financial workflows such as rights management, revenue recognition, and content monetization.
