Summary

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant with expertise in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Azure IS and third-party system integrations. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and manage end-to-end integrations between SuccessFactors modules and external applications (Payroll, Time Management, Benefits, Recruitment and Candidate Portals).

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and third-party applications using SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration).
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions.
  • Configure and manage SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center, OData APIs, and SOAP-based web services.
  • Develop custom integrations using SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and middleware solutions.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and implement scalable integration solutions.
  • Maintain security, data privacy, and compliance standards across all integrations.
  • Provide support and training on integration processes to internal teams.
  • Keep up to date with SAP SuccessFactors and CPI best practices, enhancements, and roadmap updates.
  • SAP IAS, IPS, SSO implementations and Microsoft Entra, Azure AD integration.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors integration.
  • Strong Experience of SAP CI (Cloud Integration), API management, and middleware solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Compound Employee APIs, OData APIs, REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and SFTP.
  • Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Time off, Time sheet, Time Tracking and Recruiting, Onboarding, etc.) and non-SAP modules.
  • Ability to debug and resolve complex integration issues.
  • Strong understanding of HR data structures, HRIS systems, and data governance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in implementing MS AD, AAD integrations.
  • Azure IS experience is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP CI Integration Certification.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors Intelligent Services, Business Rules, and MDF objects.
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors Extension Development using SAP BTP.
  • Experience with BTP Integration Suite, PI/PO, or other middleware tools.
