Summary

Description Cognition is currently looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Software Developer to work with one of our clients. Experience Bachelor's degree, or equivalent in Engineering and Master’s in Business administration Human resources management (preferable) to understand functionality of Human capital management of SF HCM cloud solution terminology. Minimum 5 years of experience within ERP packages like SAP, oracle or people soft. Minimum 2 years of experience in Successfactors cloud based hcm solution development and implementation for SAP; specifically with one or more of the following skills: SAP, Java, SAP R/3, Netweaver Portal administration, Netweaver SOLMON, XML code development and debugging, EP7 Architecture, DB2 and Unix/shell scripting. Experience with successfactors proxies using proxy methodology in SF Bizx suite. Experience in API and SFAPI configuration and XML programming skills to work on HRIS –sync scenarios for both inbound and outbound interface processes. Minimum 3 years of entire Software Development Life Cycle experience, delivering functionality on time, on budget and to meet business needs. Minimum 1 year of client facing experience for technical delivery model. Minimum 2 years of SAP Java and R/3 administration experience of both implementation and support model. Minimum 3 years of planning and organizational skills, including ability to engage with multiple development projects concurrently and working to tight deadlines. Minimum 1 year of process improvement experience for operational support systems Minimum 1 year of experience communicating technical and business issues/solutions to all levels of individuals, including manager, directors and executives Responsibilities Design and implement technical solutions in the SF Employee Central solution. Collaborate with a team of Solution Architects, Functional and Third-party SMEs to define effective solutions that meet the application, information, infrastructure, and business requirements. Identify technical problems and implement proposed solutions. Define software development methodology. Monitor and administer SAP BW operations and performance to ensure all SLAs are met, including ETL processes, query performance, and overall system health. Document specification documents for each object, design documents and quality documents meeting the standards of client. Execute development changes following defined lifecycle methodology and any change management procedures. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with various cross functional IT and business teams and SAP IT support teams. Meet Client’s quality objectives and taking responsibility for unit test coverage and completion to minimize defects in subsequent testing and production. Utilize technologies such as SAP, Java, SAP R/3, Netweaver Portal, Netweaver SOLMON, SAP Process Integration (PI), SAP Human capital management (HCM) and Hana, EP7 Architecture, DB2, Unix/Scripting, Netweaver and Java. Plan and configure architectural layout for various SuccessFactors bizx suite models like hybrid model, side by side model and standalone cloud based model for SAP SuccessFactors Employee central implementation. Conduct API and EC SFAPI configuration and XML programming skills to work on HRIS-sync model integrations methods for both inbound and outbound interface processes. Install, plan, configure, and administer Employee Central and other talent management modules such as Learning, Reporting, Onboarding, Recruitment which are part SuccessFactors Bizx suite.
