Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (EC Payroll) at United Kingdom and Ireland. The Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, managing master data, and integrating systems. The role will be primarily based in UK and Ireland, with the flexibility to work remotely. The project will roll-out with 20 more countries.

Qualifications

• Lead and manage full-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations and solutions
• Configure and customize ECP and related modules as per client specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including EC, Time Management, Finance, and Integration specialists
• Support payroll operations, testing cycles, and post-go-live activities
• Provide expert guidance on best practices, statutory compliance (UK and Ireland), and payroll process optimization
• Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions
• Contribute to pre-sales and proposal development when needed

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM/Payroll with at least 2+ years in Employee Central Payroll
• Proven track record of delivering successful ECP implementations
• Strong understanding of payroll schemas, rules, and configuration (ideally for Ireland/UK or EU countries)
• Experience integrating ECP with Employee Central and third-party systems
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications (ECP, EC) are a strong advantage
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively
• Candidates must be eligible to work at United Kingdom/Ireland without any working visa requirements.
