Qualifications • Certification in SuccessFactors–RCM,RMK and ONB2.0
• Must have done at least two end to end implementation in RCM, RMK and ONB2.0.
• Must have worked on at least two support projects.
• Good Communication Skill. Good-to-have skill Knowledge in any other SF module.
Roles & Responsibilities :
• Collaborate with project teams, and client stakeholders to create tailored Recruiting and Onboarding solutions.
• Hands on experience in RCM Data Models customization Onboarding Offboarding and Cross boarding.
• Recruiting processes leveraging the SF RCM capabilities.
• Experience in integrating RCM, Onboarding, Offboarding and EC.
• Experience in integrating background elements to Employee Central.
• Must have experience in creating reports.
• Should have in depth knowledge of Role Based Permissions.
• Worked on the XML Templates – Job Requisition Template, Candidate Profile Template, Candidate Application Template and Offer Details Template. • Job Profile Builder (JPB) • Configuring Talent Pipeline (Applicant Status Set).
• Internal and External Job Posting including Agency Postings.
• Job Board Posting. • Interview Central.
• Outlook Integration for Interview Scheduling.
• Configure Email Templates and Notifications.
• RCM to Onboarding Mapping.
• EC to Onboarding Mapping.
• RCM-RMK integration.
• Employee referral program set up.
• Global Settings, Styles, Brands, Home Pages, Header & Footers. • Career Site Builder Pages and Components.
• Essential Features and Provisioning Settings for RCM/RMK and Onboarding 2.0. • Rehire Process with Onboarding 2.0 • Internal Hire Process with Onboarding 2.0 • Document Template Management and e Signatures.
• Knowledge on documentation and training materials and Data loads.(Instance refresh/sync)
• Test case/Test scripts preparation and testing of application & change releases. • Conducting extensive end to end testing for the specific module.
• Preparing Quality oriented process documentation and user manuals. • Should be quality conscious to give quality delivery in solution and artifacts supporting the solution like in form of documentation (using Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Should have experience in creating and delivering professional quality Microsoft Word based documentation to support solution/reviews, should know Microsoft Excel using formulas, should be able to create professional Microsoft PowerPoint presentations to present multiple solutions to customer for comparison and decision making. Should know how to use formatting for professional looks of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint based documentation.
• Should have good communication skills both oral and written, and willingness to understand customer’s point of view.
