Freelance SAP C4C/CRM Solution Architect – Dutch Speaking

We are currently looking for a proactive SAP C4C/CRM Solution Architect to join a large-scale digital transformation program, supporting a C4C/C4 implementation.

Project Details:

• Start Date: ASAP (latest by end of May)
• Contract Duration: Until 31/12/2025
• Availability: Preferably 5 days/week (part-time possible, but full-time preferred)
• Work Setup: Hybrid – 1 day per week onsite in Rotterdam (can be reduced to once every 2 weeks if needed)
• Languages Required: Dutch (must-have) and English

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience with SAP C4C (Service Cloud & Sales Cloud)
• Solid knowledge of SAP CRM and Customer Experience
• SAP SD knowledge is a plus
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments
• Knowledge of SAP BTP, CPI, API management, and S/4HANA integration
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (spoken and written)

You will work closely with business analysts, enterprise architects, and DevOps teams to design scalable, future-ready SAP solutions that drive innovation within the customer domain.
