Role: SAP S/4 Hana Solution Architect
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture & Design:
Define and develop SAP S/4HANA architecture to support business requirements.
Provide guidance on system configuration, data migration, security, and integration strategies.
Design scalable and high-performing SAP S/4HANA landscapes with a focus on cloud and hybrid environments.
Implementation & Project Leadership:
Lead the end-to-end implementation, migration, and upgrade of SAP S/4HANA.
Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure seamless deployment and adoption.
Define project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables aligned with enterprise goals.
Integration & Data Management:
Ensure seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA and third-party applications, legacy systems, and cloud platforms.
Work with middleware solutions such as SAP BTP, SAP PI/PO, and APIs for efficient data exchange.
Oversee data migration, validation, and system testing to ensure high-quality implementation.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Support:
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of SAP solutions with business needs.
Provide training and mentorship to project teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and SAP best practices adoption.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
Note: 3 end to end Cloud projects implementation, experience in implementing for IT companies (Must)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of SAP experience with at least 5+ years in SAP S/4HANA architecture and implementation.
Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA modules such as Finance (FI), Logistics (MM, SD), Manufacturing (PP, QM), and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
Experience in SAP S/4HANA cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployment models.
Proficiency in SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), Fiori/UI5, and ABAP development.
Deep understanding of SAP Activate methodology and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
Knowledge of integration technologies such as SAP CPI, PI/PO, IDOCs, BAPIs, and Web Services.
SAP S/4HANA certification (preferred).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
