About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Solution Manager with a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP to lead our team. As a SAP Solution Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the SAP solution development and implementation. You will also have a strong understanding of SAP solutions and their integration with business processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the SAP solution development, implementation, and support across various business units.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Oversee the development of SAP solutions ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Manage and resolve issues in SAP solutions and ensure they meet business needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions with other business systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP solution policies, procedures, and associated training plans.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP solutions and recommend improvements to the existing systems.
- Manage and provide guidance to the SAP team and ensure they are aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Conduct testing of SAP solutions and ensure they are functioning as expected.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- At least 12 years of experience in SAP with a focus on SAP Solution Manager.
- Strong knowledge of SAP solutions and their integration with business processes.
- Experience in managing and leading SAP solution development and implementation projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- SAP Solution Manager Certification is a plus.
