Job Description:

SAP FICO Specialist, you will be part of a cross-functional finance and IT team responsible for managing SAP finance solutions to support accounting, controlling, and financial reporting. The team works closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and SAP consultants to optimize financial operations, ensure compliance, and enhance system functionalities. You will collaborate with professionals from finance, supply chain, and procurement to drive process improvements, automation, and digital transformation within SAP

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and IT on solution architecture design.
• Determine the technologies and proposes overall solution architecture based on enterprise architecture and technology understanding
• Contribute to cost and benefit analysis.
• Keep the alignment between enterprise architecture blueprint and recommendations and solution implementation.
• Solve highly complex technical problems and develops original and innovative solutions with impact on the business.
• May be assigned to a particular project or program to ensure technical / architectural integrity and consistency of the solution.

Required Skills:

You Have:

• Master’s degree in finance, Accounting with Minimum of 8–10 years of SAP FICO experience, with a focus on the Controlling module.
• Proven experience in at least 3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP CO functionalities, including Cost Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, COPA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Material Ledger and Trading Partners Price Evaluations.
• Strong understanding of SAP FI sub-domains such as GL, AP, AR, and AA.
• Proficiency in ABAP debugging for troubleshooting purposes.

It would be nice if you also had:

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse and resolve complex issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment.
• Certification in SAP FICO & S4 HANA is an added advantage.
