Maintain Technology Consulting is looking for a skilled SAP Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP technologies and a strong track record of designing scalable and efficient SAP solutions that meet business needs. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technology solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and SAP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design:
• Lead the design and architecture of SAP solutions across various modules, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, ECC, and associated technologies
• Develop comprehensive solution architectures that address complex business problems and ensure system integrity
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture documentation
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and align technology strategy with business goals
• Conduct workshops and meetings to identify requirements and validate proposed solutions
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights into industry trends and best practices
• Integration Architecture:
• Design and implement integration solutions between SAP and third-party applications
• Ensure seamless data flow between different systems and modules while maintaining data integrity and security
• Utilize tools such as SAP PI/PO, CPI, and API Management for effective integrations
• Quality Assurance & Governance:
• Establish architectural governance to ensure compliance with best practices and standards
• Perform system evaluations and risk assessments to identify potential issues
• Maintain documentation of architectural frameworks, principles, and guidelines
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, consultants, and analysts in SAP projects
• Oversee project delivery to ensure adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards
• Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams to achieve project success
  
  
  

Requirements

• Experience:
• 8+ years of experience in SAP architecture, solution design, and implementation
• Proven experience in designing solutions using various SAP modules, especially SAP S/4HANA
• Strong knowledge of core SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, or SuccessFactors, depending on project needs
• Experience leading teams and managing stakeholder engagements
• Technical Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of SAP architecture, data modeling, and integration techniques
• Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform and hybrid architecture (SAP BTP, Azure, AWS, GCP). and emerging technologies
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Solution Architect certification is a plus
• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies
