Role and responsibilities

We are looking for an SAP Service Manager to join our team responsible for application maintenance services for SAP platforms. If you have a background in SAP, with either a technical or functional focus, and experience with classic SAP modules or SAP BASIS, this opportunity is for you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain SAP services for clients, ensuring optimal performance and quick response times.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored SAP solutions.
  • Manage the resolution of incidents, problems, and changes within the SAP infrastructure, ensuring adherence to SLAs and best practices.
  • Ensure business continuity and efficiency of SAP systems through continuous monitoring and proactive interventions.
  • Contribute to managing SAP system improvement projects and planning updates and patches.
  • Prepare regular reports on service status and performance, providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Work closely with other IT teams and consultants to ensure effective and integrated SAP solutions management.


Required Skills 🛹

  • Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the management of SAP services.
  • Background in SAP, with experience in either a technical or functional role.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP BASIS or classic SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP FICO, etc.).
  • Experience with Application Maintenance processes in SAP environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and focus on results.
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken).
