Work as SAP consultant on SAP project implementations based on planned schedule and methodology
Provide SAP system support to ensure smooth running of SAP and related systems
Evaluate, analyze and identify business requirements, propose and implement SAP system solutions to meet the requirements by SAP configuration and/or developments
Design system solutions, prepare functional specification and coordinate SAP developments
Ensure that global IT solution templates and business rules are followed during project implementations, system support and process improvements.
Work closely with GDI central functional teams and India IT teams on projects and support
Provide trainings to key users
Follow company regulations (e.g. HR, EHS, Quality, etc.) Job Requirements：
Education background: Bachelor degree or above, major in information technology or computer science or supply chain/logistics/production management, finance, controlling
Working experience:
10+ years of experiences as SAP functional/technical consultants in corresponding SAP modules
Working experiences in manufacturing industry is required for SAP CO consultant position

SAP functional/technical experiences in corresponding SAP modules
Proven ability to work independently when required
Demonstrated ability to work with teams to solve business problems
Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
Good communication, presentation and documentation skills
Strong organizational, planning and time-management skills
Ability to identify, articulate and document business issues/requests
Ability to learn quickly, analyze and innovate
Ability to travel when required
Language skill: Fluent English (oral and written) required, French is a plus
Computer skill: Professional SAP skills
Personality: Positive, optimistic, proactive SAP Qualification:
Proficient at corresponding SAP modules and knowledge of other SAP modules
Completed as main functional consultant at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations including project preparation, requirements gathering and gap analysis, customizing and developments, testing, training and simulation, go-live, post go-live support.
Proven ability to assess business requirements, design SAP solutions, prepare functional specifications and coordinate SAP developments to meet the requirements
